Butterfield Trail Elementry Wednesday, May 27th •Pick up students’ belongings •Return items •Say good byes for the year Schedule K- 9:00-10:00 3rd—10:00-11:00 2nd—1:00-2:00 1st—2:00-3:00 4th—5:00-6:00 We ask that you try to follow this schedule; however, items for siblings and/or other grades will be available during all pick up times. For parents not being able to pick up during above times, Mrs. Folsom and Mrs. Williams will be available on Thursday, May 28 from 5:00-6:00 pm in the back parking lot. Items in Lost and Found will not be available until the start of next school year. Please note: Pick up will be in the back of the school following the same route as car rider drop off/pick up. Students’ belongings will be brought to your car to be put in your trunk. Parents and students are to stay in your car at all times. All CDC guidelines will be enforced.

Message from the FPS Superintendent: Governor Asa Hutchinson has ordered all public schools in the state of Arkansas to close and move to Alternative Methods of Instruction (AMI) effective on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, with the option to close on Monday, March 16, 2020. Fayetteville Public Schools will be closed beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, and will move to at-home instruction until further notice. All school offices will be open on Monday, March 16 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. to allow families to pick up student medication and AMI materials. AMI materials will be available at https://sites.google.com/g.fayar.net/fps-ami/home. Further information regarding school meal service will be forthcoming.
